If you would like to purchase a Sullivan guitar, contact us by e-mail or phone with the model and serial number of the guitar you’re interested in and we will guide you through the purchasing process. We have found that a one on one approach to customer service regarding the purchase of a handmade guitar reduces any miscommunication, gets all the customers questions answered correctly and makes the whole experience much more pleasurable..
Because we know how important it is for the purchaser of a high end, handmade guitar to be able to see and play the guitar in person, we've made special arrangements to accommodate that need. We will send a guitar (free shipping) anywhere in the continental U.S for a 72 hour approval period with the guitar being pre-paid by certified bank check, Western Union issued money order or through Google Checkout. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with the guitar, contact us before the end of the 72 hour approval period for return instructions. You must receive prior approval before making a return and get proper shipping instructions. Returned guitars are the responsibility of the buyer until it is received by Sullivan Guitars. All shipping costs on returned guitars, to and from the buyer, will be the buyer’s responsibility. The guitar must be received in a new and resalable condition and in the original packing. Any return arrangements made after the 72 hour approval period will be charged an additional 3.5% restocking fee. All sales will be considered final 10 days from the date the buyer has received the guitar. When we receive the guitar and determine that it is in an undamaged and resalable condition, we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges, restocking fees or cost of any damage repairs if applicable.
For International Ordering
For all international orders you must contact us first. Payments on international orders will only be accepted in the form of an international wire transfer or international money order. All wire transfers and international money orders must clear before shipments are made. All applicable tariffs and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
